Our 3 kW fibre laser has a dedicated tube head: length or mitre cuts, holes, slots and copes, in one operation. You get tubes ready to weld, on their own or as a finished part, welded and powder-coated in the same workshop.

- Holes, round, slotted or to your contour, on every face of the tube.
- Slots and tabs: parts key into each other in the right place before welding.
- Copes for tube-to-tube joints, square or at an angle.
Round tubes up to Ø300 mm, square and rectangular profiles up to 250 × 250 mm, wall up to 8 mm. Steel, stainless and aluminium. Tubes up to 6,000 mm long, 5,850 mm usable.
Why laser rather than saw and drill
- One operation instead of three: cutting, marking out and drilling on one machine, in one clamping.
- Identical parts in series: every hole is where the model puts it, from the first part to the hundredth.
- Fewer welding jigs: with slots and tabs the frame locates itself.
- Less offcut: we nest the parts along the tube length in dedicated tube software.

After cutting
Base plates, gussets and flanges are cut on the same laser (steel up to 20 mm, stainless and aluminium up to 12 mm), see sheet laser cutting and bending. Bending 100 t / 3,000 mm, Kemppi pulse MIG/MAG and TIG welding, 2 kW laser welding, powder coating on our GEMA line, galvanising by certified subcontractors. Fabrication to EN 1090-2, class EXC2. All machines: workshop and capacities.
Can I order tube cutting only?
Yes. You send the model or drawing and quantities, we cut and deliver the parts. You don’t need to order the finished item.
What is the largest section?
Round tubes up to Ø300 mm, square and rectangular profiles up to 250 × 250 mm, wall up to 8 mm. For angles and channels, send the section and we will confirm.
Do you cut stainless and aluminium tubes?
Yes. We cut tubes and profiles in steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
How long can parts be?
We load tubes up to 6,000 mm, of which 5,850 mm are usable: the last 150 mm stay in the chuck. The longest part is therefore 5.85 m.
Which files do you accept?
A 3D model in STEP or IGES, or a dimensioned 2D drawing. If you only have a sketch, we build the model.
