Sheet laser cutting
The 3 kW fibre laser cuts steel up to 20 mm, stainless up to 12 mm and aluminium up to 12 mm. Precise contours, holes and patterns, ready to bend and weld.
We nest the parts on the sheet to limit scrap. Single parts or series.

- Infill panels, base plates, brackets, frames, covers, railing and staircase parts
Tube and profile laser cutting
Tube cutting is a separate operation: we cut tube and profile up to 200 × 200 mm with an 8 mm wall to length, with holes and cut-outs.
Send the profile, section, length and quantity: we confirm feasibility before we start.

Press-brake bending
Ermaksan Power-Bend Falcon press brake: 100 t, 3,000 mm bending length. We bend parts cut by us or supplied by you.
Welding
Pulse MIG/MAG and TIG welding on Kemppi sets, for steel and stainless. Our 2 kW laser welding is used for fine, regular seams with low distortion.
Finishing: powder coating
Our GEMA powder coating line applies powder paint in any RAL colour. For outdoor use, galvanising followed by powder coating can be combined: see our guide on railing finishes.
Quality and certifications
We fabricate to EN 1090-2 up to execution class EXC2 and our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Certificates and inspection documents are supplied with delivery on request.
